KÓBOYKEX

Faroe Islander western/electro duo Kóboykex, was formed by two prominent musicians in the national scene. Sigmund is known forhis many punk projects, notably the acclaimed band Joe & The Shitboys, and Heiðrik for crafting melancholic indie pop. Coming from two very different musical backgrounds, the pair creates music that draws inspiration from the unlikely combination of country and electronica as well as artists like Beck, Ennio Morricone, Patsy Cline, The White Stripes and Mirwais.
