RAHEL

According to The Gap or Der Tagesspiegel, she is one of the most exciting newcomers in Austria. With playful earnestness and a voice that is addictive, RAHEL has come to stay. In her cosmos, new wave guitars live peacefully next to dreampop melodies, NDW synths next to rebellious rock songs. In the summer of 2021, the first single of the young elective Viennese appears - "Tapp Tapp" remains for several weeks in the top 10 of the FM4 charts and arouses interest beyond the country's borders. The same goes for the second single "Hochsommer", which makes it onto the Musikexpress hotlist. As support of Pauls Jets RAHEL celebrates her live debut, a little later she performs at prime time on the main stage of the Waves Vienna Festival. The songs are created in close collaboration with producer and multi-instrumentalist Raphael Krenn. RAHEL has just been shortlisted for an Amadeus Austrian Music Award- and is thus probably no longer an insider tip.
